GOLF EVENT RESULTS
September 14, 2022 - The Gales shot a 342 in the last OCC BUCKEYE MATCH at Turnberry GC on Wednesday. The Gales were led by Riley Senften who shot a 78. Jay Niceswanger shot an 86, Parker Cohen and Josiah Lauderbaugh shot 89s, and Gabe Betts 93. With the round today the Gales were able to finish 2nd overall in the OCC Buckeye division tied with Reynoldsburg and just behind Pickerington Central.

September 10, 2022 - The Gales golf team competed in the GROVE CITY INVITATIONAL held at Hickory Hills GC. The Gales shot a 341 which was good for 9th out of 18 teams. The Gales were led by Jay Niceswanger who shot an 83. Parker Cohen and Riley Senften shot 85s, Josiah Lauderbaugh 88, and Gabe Betts 92.

August 31, 2022 - Gales traveled to Apple Valley GC for the 3rd round of the OCC BUCKEYE DIVISION. The Gales shot a 339 which was good for second behind Pick Centrals 333. The Gales were led by a pair of 84s from Riley Senften and Gabe Betts. Jay Niceswanger shot an 85, Parker Cohen 86, and Josiah Lauderbaugh 92.

August 27, 2022 - Gales finished 11th out of 19 teams Saturday, at the PICKERINGTON NORTH INVITE at Pine Hill GC shooting a 334. The Gales were led by Jay Niceswanger who shot an 81. Gabe Betts shot a career low 83, Parker Cohen 84, Riley Senften 86, and Josiah Lauderbaugh 92.

August 17, 2022 - The Gales got back on track Wednesday shooting a season low 331 at the Denison GC in the second round of the OCC-BUCKEYE.  The Gales were edged out by Reynoldburg 321 and Pickerington Central 330 pushing the Gales to third.  Leading Lancaster was Riley Senften with a 79, Parker Cohen and Jay Niceswanger shot 83s, Josiah Lauderbaugh shot a season low 86, and Gabe Betts 91.

August 15, 2022 - Monday the Gales traveled to the Virtues GC to play in the LICKING VALLEY INVITE.  The course was playing really long and difficult.  The Gales were able to come in 13th place out of 23 teams shooting a 362.  Paker Cohen led us with an 83.  Riley Senften shot a 89, Jay Niceswanger 93, Gabe Betts 97, and Josiah Lauderbaugh 100.

August 13, 2022 - The Gales were invited to the FAMILIES FOR A CURE Invite hosted by Hilliard Davidson at the Golf Club of Dublin. The Gales were able to shoot a season low 332 which was good for 5th out of 7 teams. Riley Senften was absolutely on fire shooting a career low 1 under par 71 (-1) which gave him 4th place honors as an individual overall. Parker Cohen shot an 86, Jay Niceswanger 87, Gabe Betts 88, and Josiah Lauderbaugh 89.

August 12, 2022 - The Gales traveled to Cumberland Trail GC to compete in the WARRIOR CLASSIC hosted by Watkins Memorial. The Gales fought hard all day on some really fast greens to score a 348 which was good enough to earn a 12th place finish out of 21 teams. Leading the Gales was Riley Senften and Parker Cohen who shot 82s. Parkers score was a season low so far. Gabe Betts shot a 87, Jay Niceswanger 97, and Josiah Lauderbaugh 101.

August 10, 2022 - The Gales played the first round of the OCC-BUCKEYE DIVISION at Darby Creek GC. Pickerington Central won the first round shooting a 330. The Gales came in second place shooting a 339. Senior Jay Niceswanger led the Gales with an 80. Senior Riley Senften shot an 84, Freshman Gabe Betts 86, Senior Parker Cohen 89, and Senior Josiah Lauderbaugh 92.

August 5, 2022 - The Gales dropped their scores shooting a 339 as a team at the MT VERNON INVITE held at Chapel Hill Gc. The Gales placed 18th out of 21 in a loaded field. The Gales were led by Jay Niceswanger with an 81. Riley Senften shot a 84, Parker Cohen and Josiah Lauderbaugh shot 87s, and Gabe Betts 93.

August 4, 2022 - The Lancaster Gales kicked their season off on Thursday competing in the PICKERINGTON CENTRAL INVITE at Turnberry GC. The Gales shot a 351, coming in 16th out of 20 teams. Leading us was Riley Senften who came out hot shooting a 79. Parker Cohen shot a 88, Jay Niceswanger and Gabe Betts 92s, Josiah Lauderbaugh 99, and Zane Brengman 101.
